It is very light (hat is up to 100 grams), keeps its shape well, which is very important for a brimmed hat.

The hat is crocheted in a spiral. It's not difficult and fast.

• For work you will need:

✔ about 100 grams of raffia yarn (100% yarn, Turkish raffia, paper);

✔ a marker to indicate the beginning of a row (can be replaced with a clip);

✔ a 3-4mm hook

✔ to strengthen the brim: fishing line (width 2-3 mm) about 1 m long or regelin (Horsehair Braid),

✔ measuring tape for measurements.
