Yarn raffia

Raffia is a thread very similar to a twisted soft straw, natural, mainly designed for knitting summer (straw) bags, clutch and hats.

♥ This hat of raffia is a wonderfull, lightweight and stilish accessory. It perfectly protects your head from direct sun light. 

This hat is both suitable for the beach and for a city walk. 

Turkish yarn is tougher, and therefore it holds its shape better.

The photographs show skeins of yarn weighing  ~ 200 grams.

The yarn is sold twisted into a bundle. On one hat are consumed, on the average, about 100-150 g of Raffia yarn.

 Yarn twisted from two threads. It is recommended to crochet hook 3 – 4.5 mm. 

It can be washed at 30 degrees, the product does not break and does not molt.
